There are so many things to consider when it comes to choosing the perfect color or palette for your home. Undertones, direction of light, what is it going next to? All these things need to be factored in to ensure your home feels fresh, moody, comfortable or whatever vibe you are trying to achieve. So let me tell you a little more about how we do this.
STEP 1
We will start with a phone call to discuss the area(s) of your home that you would like help with. This will also give you time to ask any questions that you might have about the process, timing or budget. At the end of the call we will set up a convenient time for an In-person consultation.
STEP 2
During your In-person consultation we will review the area(s) of your home that you would like to refresh and put together a plan for how to proceed. We will look through a number of paint swatches to identify the perfect color(s) for your home, ensuring we achieve the desired results you are looking for.
STEP 3
Once we have landed on the final colors, I will leave you with samples or order additional samples for you to hang up around your home. This will allow you time to see the color at different times of the day and with different light sources. This step is really important to nail down before moving to the next step.
STEP 4
I will communicate with your painter to make sure that they have all the necessary details (color name, sheen, placement, etc.) in order to schedule your project on their calendar. This will allow your project to move forward with ease and get you one step closer to a freshly painted home.
