All of these questions will be answered during your Home Staging Consultation so you will feel prepared and know exactly what needs to be done to get your home ready for its close-up.
We'll provide a comprehensive list of ideas and suggestions to assist you in preparing your home for photos and open houses. Additionally, we'll offer valuable tips to guide you through the entire process of selling your home.
STEP 1
We will set up a convenient time for an In-person consultation to walk through your home.
STEP 2
During the consultation I will take notes and pictures and talk about any changes or suggestions that I would recommend making, and the reasons why.
STEP 3
After the consultation, I will put together a recap report that will broken out by room. This will serve as your checklist for you to use as you prepare your home to list.
STEP 4
If after you have gone through the report and still need a little help, we do offer both photo styling, shopping and staging services that we can discuss.
