By using your smart phone or tablet we can conduct a VIRTUAL home staging consultation and get it prepared for the market.
At this time, limiting our person-to-person contact is the responsible thing to do for our community, but that doesn’t mean that we can’t provide you with the same level of service as our in-home consultations. While you may be unsure as to when you will be listing your home for sale, it is important to be ready when the time comes. In our current real estate market, buyers will need to be viewing homes online or through virtual tours, and you will want your home to be prepared and photo ready to WOW those buyers.
How it Works

Once your appointment is scheduled, you will receive an email confirmation outlining the next steps, including how to connect to your virtual consultation, what you need to be prepared for your meeting, and how to submit any photos or other details prior to your appointment.
Payment is due at the time of booking to hold your appointment time slot.
The virtual consultation can take up to 2 hours. After we have reviewed the property’s condition and features, we will give you a concise, written report detailing what needs attention and key action items. We will also provide you with additional tools and checklists on how best to present your property for the market.
